How it works
- Send a voice note and a few photos.Talk through the job the way you'd explain it to a helper. If your customer picked out fixtures, send those too.
- Get back an itemized estimate.Labor, materials, allowances, and what's not included, written up and ready for your customer. It carries your business name, not ours.
- Payments laid out up front.Each estimate shows a deposit, then either milestone payments or one final payment. You pick, job by job.
- You review it and send it.Nothing goes out until you've read it and said yes. Change what you want, then send it to your customer.

- Follow-ups on quotes that go quiet, and reminders when a payment is due.
